1 – Shipping Destinations

CandyGym FZ-LLC ships worldwide from our EU delivers goods worldwide; warehouses are owned by sellers in their respective countries, from where the goods are shipped. We currently deliver to:

  • European Union – all 27 Member States
  • United Kingdom ( warehouse is in United Kingdom )
  • Oceania – Australia & New Zealand
  • Selected other countries – full list shown at checkout (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, Japan, UAE)
  • We do not ship to the USA

We do not ship to jurisdictions where the import of research-only compounds is prohibited.

2 – Order Cut-Off & Handling Time

  • Cut-off: 16:00 CET (Mon-Fri).
  • Handling: 1 business day for payment verification, researcher credential check, and secure packing. Orders placed after cut-off, on weekends or on Slovak public holidays dispatch the next business day.

4 – Shipping Costs

  • Flat-rate EU & UK: 8€
  • Flat-rate outside EU: 15€
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders ≥ 69€ (cart total after discounts).A real-time courier upgrade (express, signature-on-delivery) is offered at checkout where available.

5 – Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

All shipments include a tracking number emailed automatically when the label is generated. It may take up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear. A signature may be required for high-value or restricted items.

6 – Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any VAT, GST, duties or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. CandyGym cannot mark orders as “gift” or falsify invoice values. If a parcel is returned due to unpaid fees or an incorrect address, the shipping charge is non-refundable.

7 – Regulated & Research-Only Products

Many CandyGym products (e.g., SARMs, peptides) are “FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY” and may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. By ordering you confirm that import and possession are legal at the delivery address, and that you are a qualified researcher purchasing solely for in-vitro laboratory work.

8 – Failed Delivery, Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • Without CandyGym Protect™: we will assist with a courier investigation; refunds or reships are issued at our discretion once the carrier confirms loss.
  • With CandyGym Protect™: one free reship is guaranteed.

Evidence (photos of exterior packaging and contents) is required for damage claims.

9 – Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled or the address amended until the shipping label is created. After dispatch we cannot reroute parcels. Should you refuse delivery, outbound and return shipping fees will be deducted from any refund.
