Why RUO Materials Are Non\u2011Returnable<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n RUO Materials are highly sensitive compounds intended strictly for in\u2011vitro<\/em> laboratory research by Qualified Researchers<\/strong>. For safety and chain\u2011of\u2011custody reasons, we cannot accept them back into inventory once they leave our facility. If you receive the wrong compound or your shipment arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days for a resolution (replacement or refund at our discretion).<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/strong>4. Returns without an RMA will be refused. <\/li>\n\n\n\n Pack securely<\/strong> \u2013 Items must be in the original, unopened packaging with all seals intact. <\/li>\n\n\n\n Ship within 7 days<\/strong> of receiving the RMA using a trackable service. Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the carrier records delivery.
