Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, the first 24 hours after making your order, at least 48 hours. Contact support for this action

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through courier websites or directly on candygym.fitness.

Can I choose delivery to a parcel locker or pickup point?

Yes, we offer various delivery options including home delivery, parcel lockers, and pickup points.

I have not received the confirmation e-mail about my order, why?

There are many factors that could indicate this, but if you have any problems feel free to contact our support.

I am missing a product in my order, what do I do?

You can cancel your order from the ‘Order details’ screen before it is out for delivery.

You can do so by clicking on the Account icon on the bottom of the App Home page > select “Orders” > Select the order which you want to cancel > tap “Cancel”. (Refer Image)

Or else, you can refuse it at the time of delivery and a refund will be processed into the payment source, if the order amount was paid online.

My email says that the order has arrived but I have not gotten it.

There are a few possibilities if the tracking says delivered but you have not received the package. It’s possible the package was received by someone else. Check if your neighbour, a front desk, receptionist, mailroom, doorman or colleague received the package. Couriers also sometimes drop off packages at the wrong address, street or mailbox. We also recommend reaching out to your post office to find out if they have any information. We recommend waiting a couple of days for the package to turn up, usually, a neighbour or colleague has it. If it never turns up, please get in touch with us so that we can investigate from our side and help you out.

Why is the discount code not working?

 It could be that you have used up the limit of the code, it could be expired or it is not written correctly.

How is the order shipped?

Sending all orders is simple and easy. We include your name and address on every package. We wrap every item effectively to avoid scratches or damages throughout shipping. We partner with the most qualified delivery companies for fast delivery. As you receive the order, don’t forget to sign for it. It allows us to offer tracked delivery.

Aside from Europe, do you ship orders to other countries?

Yes, we highly welcome customers all over the World.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Our delivery is swift and reliable, typically arriving within days depending on your location. Shipping in the EU takes 3-7 business days. Outside of the EU, approximately 5-9 business days.

How much do I have to pay for the shipping?

Shipping within Europe costs 8 EUR and outside of Europe – 15 EUR for orders over 60 euro or 69 pounds.

What happens if my order is confiscated by customs?

In this case we will do anything to reship you a new package.

My package is held at customs, does that mean that it has been confiscated?

 Customs need time to do their work, it can take a couple of days up to a couple of weeks for customs to complete the process, which is outside of our control. If the package wasn’t cleared at customs, you would receive a letter. We provide a delivery guarantee, so not to worry. If your package gets confiscated, you can request either a refund or for your package to be reshipped free of charge.

What happens if my product was damaged during shipment?

In this case you can contact our support to find out further steps. We will do everything to get you your product.

Can I have my order redirected to another address?

This is not possible due to the nature of the goods. In the case of chemical products for research, it is not possible to redirect the goods. It is possible to place a new order, for which we will provide you with a 50% discount. In this case, please contact our support team.

Do you provide free shipping?

Only if the package has been confiscated by customs or in order over 69 euro.

 Our research chemicals are available in liquid (oil-based), tablet, and capsule forms.

Research substances should be handled strictly following laboratory safety protocols. Always refer to the relevant safety data sheets (SDS) for detailed handling instructions.

How do I make a return?

Firstly you need to receive your order and then send it back to us. You will receive your refund as soon as we receive your order back. We do not accept returns of chemical substances.

Can I get a refund for a damaged product?

Yes you can get a refund or we will send you a new product immediately.

Why haven’t I received my refund yet?

Your refund can take up to 14 business days to process into your account once it has been done. Please wait for this allocated time before getting in touch with us.
