1. Overview

This website is operated by CandyGym FZ‑LLC (“CandyGym,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Throughout the Site the terms “you”, “your”, “buyer” and “customer” refer to either a Qualified Researcher or a Consumer Customer (each defined below). By accessing candygym.fitness (the “Site”) or purchasing any product (collectively, the “Products”) you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Key Definitions

A legal entity or individual with the credentials and facilities required to purchase Research‑Use‑Only Materials (“RUO Materials”) for in‑vitro laboratory work.

Consumer Customer

An adult retail purchaser who buys Dietary Supplements that are lawfully marketed for human ingestion.

Products

Both RUO Materials and Dietary Supplements offered on the Site.

3. Product Categories & Intended Use

3.1 Research‑Use‑Only Materials (RUO)

  • Sold exclusively to Qualified Researchers.

  • FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY. NOT FOR HUMAN OR VETERINARY CONSUMPTION.

3.2 Dietary Supplements

  • Formulated, labelled and marketed as legal sports‑nutrition products.

  • Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a physician before use.

4. Eligibility to Purchase

  1. Qualified Researchers: You confirm you are ≥18 years old and possess the expertise, facilities and licences required to store and handle RUO Materials in compliance with all laws.

  2. Consumer Customers: You confirm you are ≥18 years old, the Products are legal in your jurisdiction, and you will follow label directions.

  3. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of researcher status or age and to refuse or cancel any order.

5. Research Purpose Confirmation (RUO Only)

By ordering RUO Materials you expressly warrant that they will be used solely for controlled in‑vitro experiments and never administered to humans or animals. You will maintain accurate usage logs and Safety Data Sheets

6. Nutrition Use Disclaimer (Dietary Supplements)

Statements on the Site have not been evaluated by the FDA, EMA, TGA or DMCC Health. Dietary Supplements should be used only as directed on the label. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if you experience any adverse reaction.

7. Risk Assumption & Indemnification

  • RUO Materials: Risk of loss, hazards and liabilities transfer to you upon delivery.

  • Dietary Supplements: Use is at your own risk.
     You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CandyGym FZ‑LLC, its directors, employees and agents from any claim arising out of your use or misuse of the Products.

8. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to screening, availability and our acceptance. We may limit quantities or refuse service at any time. Once an order is accepted you will receive an e‑mail confirmation; the sales contract is formed when payment clears, or payment after delivery.

9. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

Prices are shown in EUR and GBR, exclude taxes, duties and shipping. You authorise us to charge the payment method provided for the total amount at checkout.

10. Shipping, Delivery & Customs

  • Dispatch: 3–7 business days after payment verification.

  • Customs: You are responsible for ensuring that import of the Products is legal and for all duties or brokerage fees.

  • Transit Delays: We are not liable for carrier delays, customs holds or force‑majeure events.

 

11. Returns & Refunds

  • RUO Materials: Due to their sensitive nature all sales are final unless damaged in transit or mis‑shipped. Claims must be filed within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence.

  • Dietary Supplements: Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund (shipping non‑refundable). Contact info@candygym.fitness for an RMA before returning any item.

12. Online Store Conditions & Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site or its content (a) for illegal purposes; (b) to solicit others to do same; (c) to violate any law; (d) to infringe intellectual‑property rights; or (e) to transmit malware. Breach will result in immediate termination of service.

13. Accuracy, Completeness & Modifications

Product images and descriptions are provided for general information. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or currentness. We may change Products, prices or Site content at any time without notice.

14. Personal Information

Your submission of personal data through the store is governed by the CandyGym Privacy Policy. CandyGym does not sell your personal information and shares it only with service providers directly involved in fulfilling your order or marketing our Products.

15. Third‑Party Links & Tools

Third‑party links may direct you to sites we do not own. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third‑party materials and you access them at your own risk.

16. Compliance Statement

Certain Products such as SARMs, peptides or novel compounds are not approved medicines. We supply them strictly for legitimate research or dietary use as labelled and permitted by law.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as stated in writing, the Site and Products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CandyGym FZ‑LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages or loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use or inability to use the Site or Products.

19. Intellectual Property

All Site content, trademarks and logos are owned by or licensed to CandyGym FZ‑LLC. No licence is granted except as expressly provided herein.

20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Free Zone (DMCC) and the federal laws of the UAE. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DMCC Courts.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Site signifies acceptance.
