1. Purpose

This policy explains how CandyGym FZ‑LLC (“CandyGym,” “we,” “us” or “our”) handles returns, exchanges and refunds for purchases made on candygym.fitness (the “Site”). Our goal is to make the process transparent and straightforward while maintaining product integrity and regulatory compliance.

Important: Opened Dietary Supplements, used accessories, clearance items and gift cards are non‑returnable unless defective under consumer‑protection law.

3. Why RUO Materials Are Non‑Returnable

RUO Materials are highly sensitive compounds intended strictly for in‑vitro laboratory research by Qualified Researchers. For safety and chain‑of‑custody reasons, we cannot accept them back into inventory once they leave our facility. If you receive the wrong compound or your shipment arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days for a resolution (replacement or refund at our discretion).

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us first – email info@candygym.fitness with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.

  2. Receive an RMA – We will send a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and instructions. Returns without an RMA will be refused.

  3. Pack securely – Items must be in the original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.

  4. Ship within 7 days of receiving the RMA using a trackable service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.

5. Inspection & Refund Processing

  • Once received, we inspect the return within 5 business days.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

5.1 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

    1. Check your bank or card statement again.

       

    2. Contact your payment provider – processing times vary.

       

    3. If you still have questions, email info@candygym.fitness.

       

6. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged during transit or mis‑shipped. If you need to exchange the same unopened product for a different flavour or variant, place a new order and return the original (Dietary Supplements only).

7. Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages

Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the carrier records delivery. If your package arrives visibly damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately with photos or the tracking number so we can file a carrier claim and arrange a solution.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Customers)

If you are an EU or UK Consumer Customer purchasing Dietary Supplements, you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. To exercise this right, follow the instructions in Section 4. Refunds include the cost of the goods and the least‑expensive outbound shipping option we offer. You bear the return shipping cost.

9. Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns provided they meet the condition requirements. Returns that arrive damaged, opened or incomplete may be refused or subject to a deduction up to 100 % of the item value.

10. Gifts & Promotions

If you received a Product as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser. Promotional bundles must be returned complete; partial returns will be refunded pro‑rata only if the remaining items still meet the promotion’s qualifying criteria.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. The “Effective Date” above will reflect the latest revision.
